Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Salad with Glazed Almonds and Gorgonzola

1. Whisk the reserved oil/balsamic/strawberry juice well until incorporated. While continuing to whisk, add a thin stream of olive oil until a smooth emulsion is formed. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 2. Add greens to vinaigrette and toss to coat. 3. Mound salad greens on plate. Sprinkle with almonds and cheese. Place roasted strawberries on top.
