Featured RecipePork loin and avocado molcajete with roasted salsa
Molcajetes are mortars chipped away from volcanic rock. And a lot of salsas are ground into the molcajete for that unique taste. This time the molcajete will serve as a baking and heating vessel. And, why, yes, that's really pork. Don't ask me where or how I got it .

We're hoping that eventually we'll be able to have this site as a quality recipe archive for all the tasty treats on the Goons with Spoons forum in the Something Awful Forums. This site can only be as good as its contributors though, so register and dig in.
