Category:Coriander? I don't even know her...

I'm a person that loves cilantro/coriander a lot... I'm also very aware that I perhaps don't have the most imaginative use of it in the world. So I decided to make three dishes and focus on flavour rather than forcing out a fourth in my limited time and have it suck. With more lead time I would likely have made a coriander infused vodka drink.
