This is a dish traditionally served at every holiday meal in my family. It's dead easy to make a couple days in advance, keeps well in the refridgerator, and is great with most main dishes.
Ingredients
- 1 12oz package frozen raspberries
- 1 4oz package cranberry-orange relish
- 1 3oz package raspberry-flavored gelatin
- 1 3oz package lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 cup lemon-lime soda
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil. In a bowl large enough to contain all ingredients, dissolve both packets of gelatin in boiling water. Stir in frozen raspberries, followed by cranberry-orange relish. Add soda, then stir once or twice to mix. Place the bowl in the refridgerator to set, preferably overnight.
