Orange-Chocolate Cheesecake

I made this for dessert along with the golubki (http://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1527027), however, I figured that there would be a bunch of people who may enjoy this dessert that might get scared off by cabbage, so I'm putting this in its own thread.

Ingredients

• 20 Chocolate Milano Cookies
• 1/3 stick unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
• 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup orange juice
• 16 oz of cream cheese (room temperature)
• 3 tsp orange extract
• 2 Tbsp grated orange rind
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
