Category talk:Cheese

I'm not totally against the "semihumorous definition" thing on category pages, but this one is HUGE and makes almost every single category entry be below the fold on my screen. Surely the point of category pages is easy access and classification, not hilarity? Mdxi 12:35, 9 November 2006 (PST)

I have no problem with, in fact eventually I'd like to have a few paragraphs on every ingredient. The point of category pages is categorization so that if one is using an ingredient one can learn about it/find a recipe to use for it. While I understand how some people have some ingrained need to have everything "above the fold" on their screens I'm really only going to use that as a guideline for the main page.

All that said, in 1280 x 1084 (quickly becoming the standard for anyone with a non widescreen monitor) everything is perfectly visible at the moment. Toast 18:12, 15 November 2006 (PST)
