Ingredients
- Cilantro
- Spinach
- Bok Choy
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- Several cloves fresh garlic
- Much chopped cilantro
- Much crushed coriander seed
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
Select thine victim, a yearling, and unblemished:
Strip the choicest leaves and cut into manageable bits:
Mix with the spinach and baby bok choy:
Set aside and make your dressing. Combine the wet ingredients, then add the other ingredients on top:
Whisk until well combined:
