A Salad of Cilantro and Tender Greens with Cilantro Ranch Dressing

  • Cilantro
  • Spinach
  • Bok Choy
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • Several cloves fresh garlic
  • Much chopped cilantro
  • Much crushed coriander seed
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Select thine victim, a yearling, and unblemished:

Strip the choicest leaves and cut into manageable bits:

Mix with the spinach and baby bok choy:

Set aside and make your dressing. Combine the wet ingredients, then add the other ingredients on top:
