Used in Balsamic Roasted Strawberry Salad with Glazed Almonds and Gorgonzola
- 1 pint Strawberries
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. Balsamic
- Fresh black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Clean, stem, and hull strawberries. 2. Combine all ingredients in bowl and toss well to coat berries. Place berries on a silpat or parchment paper, pour remaining vinegar and oil over berries. 3. Roast in oven 20-30 minutes, until berries soften and release some juice. 4. Set strawberries aside. Pour remaining balsamic, oil, and strawberry juice into a bowl.
