Wookie Cookies

Today I dug up my Star Wars cook book to bring you an awesome cookie recipie, wookie cookies!

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup milk chocolate chips
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

First set your oven to 375 F. Next put the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl together and mix them up. That's my friend Angela there.

Next put the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl together and mix. It says to use an electric mixer, but that didn't work too well so we did it by hand. That's me mixing it there.

stir in the eggs and vanilla extract

then pour it into the flour mixture and stir!

Once it's all mixed together, add in the chocolate chips.

Then scoop about a tablespoon onto a cookie sheet, 1 inch apart, and bake for ten minutes or until golden brown (ten minutes worked fine for me).

and viola, faster than letting a wookie win at bochie, the cookies are done!

makes about 3 dozen cookies (there are only 34 there because we both ate one)
