Talk:Braised Ribs and Gremolata Pasta

This recipe is seriously awesome! Always surprises me how good it turns out. If original submitter made this recipe up herself she should be a restaurant chef.

I make a slight modification, using rendered bacon as my fat source and sprinkling the fried bacon on top before the braise.
