Catanloupe Salad, Papaya Wontons and Melon Sushi[edit]

Fried Pork and Papaya Wontons The idea here was to make our own chinese-style pork sausage flavored with chinese 5-spice. However, I didn't actually have any 5-spice when I went to season it so we used garlic, corriander, red and black pepper.

Wonton Paper. Keep a damp towel on it because it dries out fast. Moisten the edges where you plan to seal it.

Melon Sushi It is what it says. Sushi rice and melon. We put cream cheese in the rolls to add some substance.
