The 18th installment of ICSA: Battle Cucumber.

Rules: One meal, as many courses as you wish. The minimum entry is one main course. Up to one drink per entry will be considered. This month's ingredient must feature prominently in each dish. That is, don't make miso-glazed Chatham cod and then use cucumber slices as garnish. Each entry must appear in its own thread with “ICSA 18” at the beginning of the title and include full process documentation including pictures where appropriate. No entry will be accepted after 23:59:59 EST on Wednesday, March 28th.

Ingredient selection: Any cucumber of the species C. sativus is eligible. This encompasses virtually all cucumbers you are liable to see for sale.
