*soy sauce&lt;br /&gt;
*rice wine vinegar&lt;br /&gt;
*sesame oil&lt;br /&gt;
*bean sprouts&lt;br /&gt;
*carrots.&lt;br /&gt;

Julienne the carrot and rinse the bean sprouts. Toss the carrots in the pan with a bit of water and let soften over medium heat. When the carrots are tender, add the sprouts and turn off the heat. Let sit for a minute or so, just to cook the green flavor out of the sprouts.&lt;br /&gt;

Mix with the sauce you prepared and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Eat at room temperature. &lt;br /&gt;
