NOT READY I been winging this by taste got to start measuring out the amounts exactly.
This is a very diverse and flavorful dish. The Teriyaki Chicken goes really well with the Rumbi Rice and vegetables. If you don't know what Rumbi Rice is you have been missing out! Rumbi Rice is brown rice cooked in coconut milk with kidney beans in it. Bali island sauce is a mildly spicy, flavorful peanut sauce from the island of Bali, belonging to Indonesia. It's the "Island of Love" and probably fat people since this recipe is certainly not something you eat on a diet or all the time. It's pretty fattening, but delicious!
