Slow Cooker Chicken Salsa

  • Chicken breasts or thighs
  • Jar of salsa or Picante


  • throw some chicken in with a jar of salsa and cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4)
  • fish out the chicken, shred it with two forks, return to pot, mix,
  • serve.

You can add black beans and corn from cans in the last hour if you feel like stretching it out some.
