Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander seed
  • 3/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cups flour

Method[edit]

Make a bread early in the morning by combining all the ingredients:

Let the dough rise for a couple of hours:

Roll out into equal measures, and allow to rest for 5 minutes:

Bake in a 475 degree oven for roughly 5 minutes, or until puffing up and just beginning to brown:

Keep the bread in a warm place under a moist towel, so that they remain soft and savoury unto the gods:
