A sweet and tangy sauce that's (in my opinion) required for pulled pork. Recipe originally posted on the forums by someone and easily tweaked to personal taste. I make no claim to authenticity of this "carolina" sauce.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Ketchup
- 1.5 cups Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 TBSP Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 TSP Cayenne
- pinch of salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients well, serve in a squeeze bottle.
