Mango Lassi

Recipe by: Humboldt squid Uploaded by Drimble Wedge
- 1 large (30oz) can mango pulp
- 1 gallon whole milk
- 1/3 pint yogurt
- 1 tbsp rose water
- 2 cups sugar
- Yellow #6 (optional, I don't like using it, but people like it neon orange I guess)
Whisk all ingredients together. Makes about one and a half gallons. I like making strawberry lassi at home, same recipe but with fresh strawberries replacing the mango pulp, and with more yogurt to make it more like a smoothie, purée in a blender. I also like to use 2% milk rather than whole, which makes it less rich, but allows you to taste the fruit much better.
