Somali-Style Bryiani Rice

Here is what you need to make this meal
which is basically the following
- 3 cups of Rice "Basmati"
- 1 ts Oil
- Salt
- Chicken thighs
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 1/2 ts Ginger paste
- 4 Garlic cloves
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cumin powder
- Cilantro
- 2 cups of Plain yogurt
- Fresh Mint
- Any spices of your choice
and for the toppings
- Carrots chopped into thin slices
- Potatoes chopped into thin slices
- Raisins
- Pine nuts (normally found next to the baking toppings in walmart)
You start with your chicken by dumping the frozen chicken thighs into a large pot
After 2 minutes you dump the yogurt on the chicken thighs
