Well here it is, the 1,800 calorie omelette, will feed one or perhaps a small family.
Contents
Ingredients[edit]
- 12 Eggs
- 100g Cheese
- 500g Chicken
- spices
Method[edit]
Well firstly, this isn't a usual omelette I was just feeling creative so I decided to add some chicken as well.
Start by gently cooking the chicken in some oil. (Spices optional)
Whilst the chicken is cooking start to break the eggs into a bowl.
Then add some milk and mix, I had to split up the eggs into 2 bowls to make them fit.
Once the chicken is cooked, and browned, pour in all the eggs evenly.
Cook it for about 5-6 mins on medium heat...
Then grill the omelette gently for about 8 minutes, until it is browned.cook on the hob for a couple more minutes, then add cheese to melt under grill
Feel free to have a drink whilst waiting for the top to cook.
Once done, carefully slide on a plate.
Serve...
And Enjoy!
Well, in the end I only managed to eat 1/4 of it, but I'm sure someone could it all in one sitting, perhaps.
