This is my first Iron Chef SA, so be gentle. I really love these ingredients so it wasn't nearly as hard to come up with tasty dishes as with beets or something. This is way more work than I thought it would be! Big ups to sous chef Marvin for lending a helping hand.
To begin the meal with a toast,
Sparkling Watermelon-Cilantro Cocktail
Next we have the appetizer,
Green Curry Pork Tortilla with Cilantro Yogurt and a refreshing Cucumber Lemonade with Toasted Coriander
That was kinda hot! Time to cool things down with a salad:
Cucumber Salad with Coriander Vinaigrette
Main course:
Moroccan Spiced Chicken over Cilantro Cous Cous
To finish things off,
Chermoula Fritter with Sweet Cilantro Mascarpone
and digestif Coriander Green Tea
