The only thing about this I would change is more specific measurements - the shredded cheese comes in a few different sizes of bag so 'a bag and a half' left me scratching my head.  And I'll eat my hat if one of you motherfuckers knows how to pour *half* a box of ziti into a pot of boiling water, I couldn't manage it.  -popecrunch

The Ziti works out to ~750g or 1.7 lb or 8 cups.

This recipe is the shit, my friend! I subbed in some hot italian sausage for the meatballs, and my wife, whose mother is Sicilian, love it. The ricotta was a nice touch.
