Ingredients:[edit]
• 1 – 2/3 cup flour.
• 1 ½ teaspoon instant dry yeast.
• 2 teaspoons honey.
• ¾ cup water.
• ¾ teaspoon sea salt.
• 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil.
Directions:[edit]
• Mix yeast, honey, 2/3 cup of flour, and 3/4 cup of water.
• Let this mixture rest 5 for minutes.
• Now add Sea Salt and Olive Oil and mix it up!
• Blend in rest of flour about a half a cup at a time in, it will eventually turn in to a Dough Ball.
• Smash it on to a well-floured surface and knead it out until it is smooth and elastic.
• Roll the dough into a ball, then place a kitchen towel over the dough and let it rest for approximately 10-15 minutes.
• When the time is up cut the dough into two pieces forming each in to a ball, coat these both with extra virgin olive oil.
NOW! Pick ONE of three options:
