This recipe is the shit, my friend! I subbed in some hot italian sausage for the meatballs, and my wife, whose mother is Sicilian, love it. The ricotta was a nice touch.
The only thing about this I would change is more specific measurements - the shredded cheese comes in a few different sizes of bag so 'a bag and a half' left me scratching my head. The Ziti works out to ~750g or 1.7 lb or 8 cups. Excellent recipe by the way, fed my girlfriend and I for a week :) -MoistVonLipwig
