Ingredients[edit]
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 2 tablespoons ground coriander seed
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups flour
Method[edit]
Make a bread early in the morning by combining all the ingredients:
Let the dough rise for a couple of hours:
Roll out into equal measures, and allow to rest for 5 minutes:
Bake in a 475 degree oven for roughly 5 minutes, or until puffing up and just beginning to brown:
