My attempt:
Well firstly I had absoultely no equipment. Luckily I live near a super market and a bargain store.
So after running around a few shops I had acquired the necessary items for the creation of this culinary delight.
My El-Cheapo £3.99 scales
I weigh the flour. Start to pour it into the bowl, remember I have to sift and sift the rest.
I rub the margarine.
The margarine sticks to my hands and not the flour.
I continue to rub. A short while later the flour looks a different colour and i think i have made "breadcrumbs"
So I weigh the sultanas whilst raiding the packet for more and weight the sugar.
I throw that in the mix.
Now I beat the eggs into a frothy white liquid.
Then I pour that in.
Pouring the frothy white eggy substance
Still a little dry - then i remember the milk
Pouring the milk
Hmmm the mixture looks fine now.
Hmmm. Thats the mixture in the tin. I appear to have flicked bits all over ....
In the oven.
Yay!
In a box to take to friends. They enjoyed them!!!
