Here's how to make tasty green goo in your own kitchen.
Ingredients
Here's your supplies:
3 ripe avocados 1/2 medium onion 4 large garlic cloves, peeled 1/2 cup cilantro leaves, loosely packed 1 roma tomato 1/2 lime, juiced 1/4 tsp ground cayenne peppers 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Method
Drop the onion and garlic cloves into your food processor.
Pulse the food processor until the onions and garlic are a medium/fine dice
Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of 1/2 of one avocado and the tomato.
Pulse and scrape until you have a uniform green goo.
Coarsely chop your tomato. Add the tomato and remaining avocado half to the processor.
Pulse until the avocado and tomato are about a medium dice. This leaves some nice chunks of avocado in your guac.
Chow down with chips and a nice cold mexican beer. Store any leftovers in a tightly lidded container with a minimum of headspace.
