I'll say right up front that this didn't come out like I was hoping, but what the hell.

Butternut Squash

Sausage

Bismati Rice

Bisect the squash and put it in the oven (35 min. at 400 deg). Chop the onion and mix with the hot sauce

Take the squash from the oven

mix with the other stuff, simmer for a while, and remove from heat
