I am originally putting this up as a category for the purpose of highlighting first nations cuisine. However since I know the term First Nations is not in universal use by our other North American brethren I chose a more general term.
Given I don't expect to see a ton of entries in this category, until there is a need for further disambiguation let this serve as the home for recipes from indigenous cultures invaded by europeans that are not otherwise represented.
