One recommendation though, I was worried at first, but afterwards, I think that one onion is not enough, perhaps one and a half.  Also, more mushrooms would be nice, it just seemed a little heavy on the meat.  Or maybe some potato chunks could fill the gap nicely.  Not sure, but definitely going to add at least another half onion next round.

I prepared this meal tonight(well, the first half anyway, had some potato salad and baked beans already prepared) and it was amazing. Very delicious, reasonably cheap, and very filling. Great recipe, one to keep for future endeavors.
