You can play around with the amount/type of booze. Slowly add chunks to blender and pulse, allowing watermelon to release juice (&#039;&#039;&#039;DON&#039;T&#039;&#039;&#039; add water to get it going. Its called watermelon for a reason, retard!) When its all filled up, add the cilantro sprigs and puree for a few minutes. Strain through a rough mesh, then again through a fine mesh seive or chinoise. If you&#039;re really anal you can allow it to strain through a coffee filter or whatever.
