I then thought, GWS needs to be involved!<br /> <br /> I&#039;ll start the thread with my grandmother&#039;s prize-winning Pumpkin Pancakes, I have no pictures but these are wonderful and easy to make. Yes, I have made them before.<br /> <br /> * 2C bisquick<br /> * 2T brown sugar<br /> * 2t cinnamon<br /> * 1t allspice<br /> * 1 1/2C milk<br /> * 1/2C canned pumpkin<br /> * 2T oil<br /> * 2 eggs<br /> * 1t.vanilla<br /> <br /> Mix it all together until the batter is smooth and then pour onto a warm greased griddle or into a waffle iron (this is a crazy variation, very out of the box) and cook as you would normal pancakes.</div>
