*	Strain tamarind water - set aside&lt;br /&gt;
*	Prepare spice paste by grinding together: shallots + candlenut (buah keras)(optionally you can add just peanuts) + ground red chillies (flakes) + shrimp paste (belecan) + lemongrass + galangal roots &amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; grind to semi-coarseness&lt;br /&gt;
*	Heat olive oil/sesame oil and fry the paste till cooked. &lt;br /&gt;
*	Stir Fry Petai till lightly braised. Add prawns &amp;lt;diced&amp;gt; and fry thill light red.&lt;br /&gt;
*	Add tamarind water+tomato sauce &lt;br /&gt;

FACT:: Petai (Parkia speciosa) is a Malaysian beans also known as petai, pete or peteh in Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Acc. to Maxloh &amp;quot;Petai contains three natural sugars - sucrose, fructose and glucose. Combined with fiber, petai gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.
