Going on a trip and want to know the lay of the land food wise?

Want to pimp the great restaurants you know in your own town?

Here's the place to do it, honest reviews appreciated, please follow the wiki philosophy and don't promote a business you own.

 We'd like to see synopses of the "I'm going to XXXXX, where should I eat?" type threads that pop up regularly in the GWS forum.
 Please keep reviews topical and refrain from being over the top nasty unless it's really appropriate. Also, it kind of goes without saying that you should not be reviewing a restaurant you happen to own.

−	My favourite restaurant in London. Probably some of the best tapas outside of Spain. The staff are absolutely incredible and on your second visit you become a regular. It's a pretty classy place and not cheap (especially if you drink) but well worth checking out.
