*3/4 tsp baking soda
*1/4 tsp salt
*8 tbs (1 stick) unsalted butter
*3/4 cup light brown sugar
*1/2 cup granulated sugar
*3/4 cup peanut butter (either creamy or chunky)
*3 tbs milk
*2 eggs
*1 tsp vanilla extract
*1 cup rolled oats
